Parallel Parking Assistance Control Module -J791-, Removing and Installing
The Parallel Parking Assistance Control Module -J791- is located behind the storage compartment in the driver footwell above the relay panel. The Parallel Parking Assistance Control Module -J791- also controls the parking aid functions on vehicles with rear parking aid or PLA.
Removing
- Switch off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.
- Remove the trim inside the driver footwell.
- Push the retainers apart -arrows- and remove the Parallel Parking Assistance Control Module -J791- from the mount with the wires still connected.
- Disconnect the three connectors -arrows- and remove the Parallel Parking Assistance Control Module -J791--1- from the vehicle.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal.

The Parallel Parking Assistance Control Module -J791- is located behind the storage compartment in the driver footwell above the relay panel. The Parallel Parking Assistance Control Module -J791- also controls the parking aid functions on vehicles with rear parking aid or PLA.
- Code the Parallel Parking Assistance Control Module -J791- using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
