Note
- Adjust the front glass sunroof panel only on the front edge and the
rear glass sunroof panel on the rear edge.
- To achieve the best possible exterior optical characteristics, make
sure that the adjustment on left and right sides is performed as evenly (symmetrically)
as possible.
Height Adjustment, Checking
Use a depth gauge to check the adjustment of the front glass panel
-1- and the rear glass panel
-2-.
- Dimension -a- : 1.5 mm +- 1 mm
- Dimension -b- : 1 +- 1 mm
- Dimension -c- : 1 +- 1 mm
If the measured values deviate from the specified values, then the glass
sunroof panel must be adjusted accordingly.
- Front glass panel, adjusting.
- Rear glass panel, adjusting.
Front Glass Panel, Adjusting
Note
The glass panel height adjustment is to be performed after the glass panel
has been closed out of sliding position.
- Only loosen both front left and right screws -2-
for the glass panel -1-.
- Close the glass panel.
- Adjust the glass panel -1- according to the
illustration.
- Dimension -a- : 1.5 mm +- 1 mm
- Dimension -b- : 1 +- 1 mm
- Dimension -c- : 1 +- 1 mm
Tighten the left and right screws to 5 Nm.
Install the trim.
Rear Glass Panel, Adjusting
- Gently pull the inner seal -3- toward the
inside on the marked locations -arrow- and
loosen the screws -2- for the rear glass panel

Adjust the rear glass panel -2- according to the
illustration.
- Dimension -a- : 1.5 mm +- 1 mm
- Dimension -b- : 1 +- 1 mm
- Dimension -c- : 1 +- 1 mm
Tighten the screws to 5 Nm.

When removing the screws, use a magnetic tool so that the screws cannot
fall into the guide for the panorama sunroof mechanism.

Replace the Front Seal and the Inner Seal.
