Note

• Refer to the Owner's Manual.
• When the battery is reconnected, check any affected system or component (radio, clock, comfort electrical connection etc.) according to the repair manual and/or the Owner's Manual.

The AUX IN socket is located in the center console.

AUX IN Socket, Pin Assignment

1. Left Audio Signal
2. Voltage Supply, Terminal 31, Negative
3. Right Audio Signal

AUX IN Socket, Removing and Installing

Special tools and workshop equipment required

• Trim Removal Wedge -3409-

• If necessary, remove the CD changer.
• Remove the rear section of the center console.
• Press the clips -arrows- in the AUX IN socket using the Trim Removal Wedge -3409- and slide the AUX IN socket out of its mount.

• Disconnect the connector.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
