Locating Pins -T10096-, Installing
To secure the subframe, the Locating Pins -T10096- must be installed in positions -1, 2, 3 and 4-, one after the other.

Note
Locating Pins -T10096- may only be tightened to a maximum of 20 Nm, since otherwise the threads of the locating bolts will be damaged.

Subframe, Securing
Position of front axle is now secured.
Continue with removing the stabilizer bar.
Continue with removing steering gear.
Continue removing the subframe without the steering gear.
Continue removing the subframe with the steering gear.
Locating Pins -T10096- Removing

Removal is performed in the reverse order of installation. Make sure that the Locating Pins -T10096- are replaced one after the other with new bolts.
If the steering wheel is still crooked after using the Locating Pins -T10096- then an axle alignment is necessary. In this case, record it in the vehicles axle alignment log.
